Upper Shaping Zone – The first impact plate features a downward wave pattern, with its impact trajectory positioned between the two rotor hammer paths. The hammers perform primary crushing, while this zone enhances shaping and increases the crushing rate.
Diamond Impact Plate – The second impact zone adopts a diamond-pattern plate, with its trajectory located beneath the hammer path. This design accelerates material downward movement, shortens retention time in the chamber, and improves shaping efficiency.
Inverted Triangle Zone – The third impact zone uses an inverted triangle structure with adjustable spacing, enabling self-flow discharge and flexible particle size control.
