Spiral Sand Washing Machine Structure

The spiral sand washing machine consists of a transmission system, spiral, washing tank, sludge removal pipe, overflow pipe, tail shaft, and casing. The transmission system comprises a motor, pulleys, and reducer to drive the spiral rotation; the speed is adjustable. The spiral section consists of a hollow shaft, support frame, and spiral blades. The spiral blades are made of wear-resistant cast iron for easy replacement. The washing tank is constructed of thickened steel plates, welded together, with a semi-circular bottom to accommodate the spiral blades.

Spiral Sand Washing Machine Principle
The motor drives the spiral to rotate. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank and are tumbled by the spiral blades. The sand and gravel are rapidly mixed with water, separating impurities such as mud from the sand. The washed-out impurities flow out through the overflow pipe, while the cleaned sand and gravel are pushed to the higher discharge port by the spiral blades and discharged from the washing tank, completing the sand and gravel cleaning process.
