Calcite crystals come in various shapes; their aggregates can be clusters of crystals, or they can be granular, massive, fibrous, stalactitic, earthy, etc. Breaking calcite produces many square fragments, hence the name calcite. Processed calcite is widely used in industries such as plastics, coatings, rubber, papermaking, adhesives, and sealants. Calcite is a widely distributed mineral, and mined calcite needs to be crushed and processed by crushing equipment before being used in actual production. 1000–1200 TPH Calcite Crushing and Screening Plant Overview
The configuration solution for a 1200 tons/hour calcite production line involves using loaders and trucks to feed limestone mined from the mine into a hopper, which is then evenly fed into a PCZ1620 heavy-duty crusher via a ZG2038 vibrating feeder. The crushed material enters the PCZ1615 crusher for secondary crushing and shaping. The resulting mixture then enters a 3YKZ3070 vibrating screen for primary screening. Unqualified large pieces are returned to the PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher to produce one type of finished material. The undersized mixture enters a second vibrating screen, 2YKZ3070, for secondary screening. The finished stone from the second screening is stacked using a belt conveyor.
