A 1000-ton-per-hour washed sand and gravel aggregate production line in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province

In December 2013, the stone crushing plant underwent renovation, adding one PC1416 hammer crusher and two YAH1536 vibrating screens, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of crushed stone. In 2023, a technical upgrade was carried out on a 1,000-ton-per-hour washed sand and gravel aggregate production line, with the purchase and installation of new equipment including jaw crushers, box crushers, feeders, vibrating screens, spiral sand washers, dewatering screens, sludge presses, and material conveyor belts.

Project Features:

In December 2013, the stone crushing plant underwent renovation, adding one PC1416 hammer crusher and two YAH1536 vibrating screens, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of crushed stone.

In 2022, the project was renovated within the original site, converting the existing workshop into a closed production workshop. A 1 million-ton-per-year stone crushing production line (one washed material production line and one dry material production line), a 500,000-ton-per-year manufactured sand production line, and a 50,000-ton-per-year calcium powder production line were constructed. Jaw crushers, box crushers, feeders, vibrating screens, spiral sand washers, dewatering screens, sludge presses, material conveyor belts, and other equipment were newly purchased and installed. The total investment was 30 million yuan, with 880,000 yuan allocated to environmental protection.

Finished materials include 1-3 stone, 1-2 stone, and gravel; washed materials include 1-3 stone, washed 1-2 stone, washed gravel, calcium powder, and manufactured sand.
