The raw materials (particle size of 8-10cm) are processed through feeding, crushing, screening, washing, and dewatering to produce fine sand of 0.7-1.5mm and 1.6-2.2mm. The total investment of the project is 109 million yuan, with 1.2 million yuan invested in environmental protection.

Project Features:
Raw materials (8-10cm) are fed into a cone crusher for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the particle size is controlled within 5cm. The material is then conveyed to a vertical shaft impact crusher for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, the sand is screened using a DL3YKZ3070 vibrating screen according to product requirements. Products meeting the requirements directly enter the sand washing process, while those not meeting the requirements are conveyed back to the cone crusher for further crushing via a conveyor belt. After washing and dewatering, the finished product is conveyed to the finished product stockpile. The finished sand has a moisture content of approximately 5-7%.
