Production Line Details
Limestone's main component is calcium carbonate (CaCO3), which can be directly processed into stone and burned into quicklime. Limestone and lime are widely used as building materials and are also important raw materials for many industries. For limestone production lines, using a heavy-duty hammer crusher for coarse crushing combined with a profiled hammer crusher for fine crushing is a reasonable and economical choice.
A 1500-ton-per-hour limestone production line configuration solution involves using loaders and trucks to feed limestone mined from the mine into the hopper. The limestone is then evenly fed into a PCZ1620 heavy-duty crusher via a ZG2038 vibrating feeder. The crushed mixture then enters a PCZ1615 crusher for secondary crushing and shaping. After secondary crushing and shaping, the mixture enters a 2YKZ3070 vibrating screen for primary screening. Unqualified large pieces are returned to the PCZ1615 crusher to produce a finished product. The undersized mixture enters a second vibrating screen, the 2YKZ3070, for secondary screening. Two types of finished stone are separated by a second screening process. The undersize material is then mixed and fed into a third vibrating screen (2YKZ2670) for a third screening. The third screening process also separates into two types of finished stone. Material is conveyed between the hammer crusher and each vibrating screen using belt conveyors, and the three types of finished stone are stacked using belt conveyors.
