YKZ Vibrating Screen

Zhongyu Dingli vibrating screens come in two series, YKZ and YKQ. In addition to material screening in quarries, they can also be used in building materials, chemical and other industries. They adopt flange-type vibrators with adjustable amplitude and high-manganese steel woven screens for higher stability. YK vibrating screens have a full range of models, and different mesh sizes can be selected according to different needs, producing multiple specifications of finished materials at the same time.

YKZ Vibrating Screen Structure and Principle

 This screening machine mainly consists of a screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibrating motor, motor base, damping springs, and support frame. The linear vibrating screen is driven by two vibrating motors. When the two motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis and combine into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the movement trajectory of the screening machine is linear. The two motor shafts have an angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the material's own weight, the material is thrown up and jumps forward in a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.
