Output: 500-700T/H
Configuration: ZG1538 feeder, PE1200*1500 jaw crusher, PF1315 reverse crusher, two sets of vibrating screens.
Solution Introduction: Suitable for building materials, monuments, etc. Crushed bluestone is commonly used in municipal construction, landscaping, and home and office renovations. It is also an ideal building material. Bluestone is typically crushed using a jaw crusher combined with an impact crusher.
Production Line Details
Bluestone is primarily a light gray, thick-layered limestone shale and thick-layered limestone interbedded with leopard-skin limestone. It possesses advantages such as water absorption, heat absorption, heat insulation, anti-slip properties, moisture resistance, cold resistance, and frost resistance, making it suitable for municipal construction, landscaping, and interior decoration for businesses and homes. Bluestone is relatively soft and can be crushed using a hammer crusher after mining. The hammer crusher is the ideal crushing product for bluestone, favored by users for its low price and high output.
The 700-ton-per-hour bluestone production line configuration solution involves feeding the mined limestone into the hopper using loaders and trucks. The hopper is then fed evenly into a PPE1200*1500 jaw crusher via a ZG1538 vibrating feeder. The crushed mixture is then fed into a PF1315 impact crusher for secondary crushing and shaping. The mixture after secondary crushing and shaping enters a 3YK2670 vibrating screen for primary screening. Unqualified large pieces are returned to a PF1315 impact crusher to produce one type of finished material. The undersize mixture enters a second vibrating screen, a 2YK2670, for secondary screening. The finished stone from the second screening is stacked using a belt conveyor.
