Project Background

As a building materials enterprise rooted in Zoucheng for more than ten years, Zoucheng Zhucheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. actively responded to environmental protection policies and aligned with evolving market demand.

At the end of 2019, the company decided to cooperate with Henan Zhongyu Dingli Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to upgrade its original small-scale stone mining and processing line into a 2-million-ton-per-year environmentally friendly and intelligent aggregate production line.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, construction began in the second half of 2020.

Trial Operation Ceremony

On March 28, the trial operation ceremony was jointly attended by:

• Wang Chengjiang, Deputy Marketing Director of Zhongyu Dingli Software Technology Co., Ltd.

The team inspected key production sections including:

• Raw material unloading
• Crushing process
• Conveying system
• Central control room

After successful trial operation, the customer expressed high satisfaction with:

• The environmental performance of the production line
• The intelligent management system
• The excellent particle shape and quality of finished aggregates

Operation Status

The production line is now fully operational. High-quality finished aggregates are supplied to Jining, Zaozhuang, northern Jiangsu, and surrounding regions, meeting the material demands of major local construction projects.
