To address the pain points of traditional sand and gravel plants, such as long construction cycles and heavy environmental burdens, this 2,500-ton-per-hour sand and gravel production line adopts a prefabricated modular construction model—all steel structures are prefabricated in the company's workshop and then assembled on-site, reducing on-site construction time by 60%. The production line is equipped with an intelligent central control system that monitors the real-time operating status of core equipment such as the hammer crusher and dual-rotor sand making machine. In terms of environmental protection, a combination of fully enclosed operation and pulse dust collectors achieves near-zero dust leakage, with a fine sand recovery rate exceeding 95%.

The core of the production line is a five-stage closed-loop process: crushing, shaping, screening, sand making, and washing. A heavy hammer crusher efficiently processes raw materials, while a hammer mill optimizes particle angles. A dual-rotor sand making machine deeply shapes the particles, and a powder classifier precisely controls the stone powder content. An innovative "spiral + wheel" dual-stage sand washing system, combined with an integrated fine sand recovery machine, results in a finished sand with low mud content. The entire production line utilizes recycled water resources, and a baghouse dust collection system ensures clean production and efficient resource utilization.
