The DLHCS impact crusher operates on the principle of impact energy crushing. The rotor rotates at high speed driven by a motor. Material enters the chamber and falls into the hammer's working area. Driven by the rotor, the hammer rotates rapidly, impacting and crushing the material. The material is then thrown against the impact liner on the inner wall of the chamber and rebounds onto the hammer. Simultaneously, the material collides with each other within the chamber. After multiple crushing processes, the material meeting the finished product requirements is discharged from the outlet.
