ZSJ Double Rotor Sand Making Machine
The ZSJ Double-Rotor Sand Making Machine, also known as a hammer-type sand maker, produces sand through hammer impact and counter-impact with crushing plates. The finished sand meets particle size distribution and fineness requirements for commercial concrete mixing plants.

As observed on site, the eco-friendly sand-making tower line consists mainly of an infeed belt conveyor and an outfeed belt conveyor. The raw materials (including 1–2, 1–3, 0–5 and small-size stone) are delivered by the infeed belt into the tower for sand production.
The complete set of equipment for this 1,000 TPH aggregate crushing production line was supplied and installed by Zhongyu Dingli. During the site visit, technicians were seen installing dust-proof covers on the equipment to minimize dust emissions during operation.
In addition to increasing production capacity, this 600 TPH sand and aggregate line adopts multiple environmental protection measures. Water spraying is applied in the mining area and along transport roads to suppress dust, and both the plant roads and uphill access roads were hardened to reduce dust generation from vehicle movement.
At the customer’s production site, the raw materials used for sand making are mainly large-size aggregates. These stones are first crushed again to reduce their size and then processed through the sand making system.
