1. Aggregate Production
Raw stones ≤1000mm are fed into the DLPCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher via a DLZGC2050 feeder. After crushing, they are separated into 0-100mm stones, 4-8mm stones, and soil/stone powder by a vibrating screen. The 0-100mm stones enter a second screen, which screens out materials >60mm (which are then sent to the DLPC1622 shaping crusher and returned to the second screen, producing 2-4mm and 3-6mm stones), 2-4mm stones, 3-6mm stones, and materials ≤30mm. The materials ≤30mm enter a third screen, which finally separates them into 2-3mm stones, 1-2mm stones, 0-5mm stones, and stone powder.
2. Sand Production
The 0-5mm stones from the aggregate line are processed in a sand making machine. After screening, materials >3.7mm are returned to the machine for reprocessing. The remaining materials are sent to a classifier to separate uniformly sized manufactured sand. 3. Washed Sand Production: Aggregate Line 0-5: Stones enter the washed sand production line and are processed by a sand washing machine and a dewatering and recycling integrated machine to separate finished washed sand and mud.
