In the initial crushing stage of sand and gravel processing and mine mining, efficient feeding, powerful rock crushing, and flexible deployment are the key to winning the market. We have integrated the core technologies of the DLZGC series vibrating feeders and the DLEV series jaw crushers, as well as the sled-type steel structure modular design, to create an integrated production line that combines vibrating feeding, jaw-style coarse crushing, and conveying and discharging. Without the need for cumbersome infrastructure construction, it can be put into operation immediately upon implementation, providing a highly adaptable and cost-effective solution for the initial crushing of various hard materials such as granite, basalt, and iron ore.

This design significantly reduces equipment investment and simplifies the production line configuration. At the same time, the crusher has a large processing capacity, allowing it to handle a high volume of materials within a short period and efficiently complete the crushing process
The raw materials are first evenly fed into the hammer crusher through a vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After the initial crushing stage, the material is conveyed to the KPC1313 double-chamber hard rock crusher for secondary crushing and shaping.
At the customer’s production site, the raw materials used for sand making are mainly large-size aggregates. These stones are first crushed again to reduce their size and then processed through the sand making system.
