  • Break through the infrastructure limitations of traditional coarse crushing production lines, adopt a sled-type steel structure integrated base, and precisely integrate the DLZGC vibrating feeder, DLEV jaw crusher, and heavy-duty discharge conveyor.
  • Before the equipment is delivered, the entire system is fully debugged. On-site, only the site leveling and power connection need to be completed. Production can be initiated within 24 hours, significantly shortening the project duration and eliminating the high costs of construction and installation.
  • The base combines stability and mobility, and can be equipped with a towing device to achieve rapid short-distance transfer. It is perfectly suitable for various scenarios such as open-pit mines, temporary material yards, and infrastructure project supporting aggregate processing. With an 11-degree inclination design, it has a large conveying capacity and is less prone to blockage. The slag cover plate is connected by bolts, which can be easily replaced and adjusted as needed, making it suitable for complex working conditions involving the mixture of raw materials and slag.
  • Intelligent control, energy saving and consumption reduction: By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block to precisely control the excitation force, the feeding volume can be flexibly adjusted; the design of feeding below the bin saves the height of the feeding operation, significantly reducing energy consumption.
