In addition to increasing production capacity, this 600 TPH sand and aggregate line adopts multiple environmental protection measures. Water spraying is applied in the mining area and along transport roads to suppress dust, and both the plant roads and uphill access roads were hardened to reduce dust generation from vehicle movement.

The crushing station is equipped with an enclosed baghouse dust collector. Exhaust air is discharged only after dust removal meets emission standards. In addition, an enclosed shed structure was built to further reduce dust pollution, greatly improving the overall production environment.

“This 600 TPH sand and aggregate production line mainly includes two heavy hammer crushers, eleven screening units, and two ZSJ1218 sand making machines. It is also equipped with complete transfer bins and environmental dust removal systems. The designed capacity was about 500 TPH, but in actual operation it reached 600–700 TPH. The overall production performance has been excellent.”
