At the customer’s production site, the raw materials used for sand making are mainly large-size aggregates. These stones are first crushed again to reduce their size and then processed through the sand making system.
After the secondary crushing and shaping process, high-quality manufactured sand with good particle shape is produced. This process significantly expands the utilization value of coarse aggregates and improves the overall resource efficiency.
In addition, the sand production line is equipped with environmental protection facilities, which effectively reduce dust emissions during operation and ensure environmentally friendly production.
In the sand production line, the material first passes through the crusher for primary crushing, producing preliminary aggregates. These materials are then processed by the dual-rotor sand making machine for shaping and further crushing, resulting in finished sand with excellent particle shape.
The overall production performance has been very satisfactory. Compared with traditional sand making machines, this system greatly reduces energy consumption while significantly improving production efficiency.
The process design is also well structured, and the manufactured sand can be widely used in various construction projects as an effective substitute for natural sand.
