Production Site Description

250–350 TPH Crushing and Sand Making Production Process

The raw materials are first evenly fed into the hammer crusher through a vibrating feeder for primary crushing.

After the initial crushing stage, the material is conveyed to the KPC1313 double-chamber hard rock crusher for secondary crushing and shaping.

The processed material is then transported to a set of vibrating screens for screening. Oversized materials are returned to the hard rock crusher for further crushing.

Materials smaller than 1–3 cm are conveyed to a transfer bin and then sent back to the vibrating screens for additional screening.

The screened finished sand is delivered to two wheel sand washing machines for cleaning, producing high-quality finished sand with improved cleanliness.
