Production Site Introduction

Process Flow of the 250–350 TPH Crushing & Sand-Making Line

The raw material is evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into a hammer crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed to a KPC1313 double-cavity hard rock crusher for secondary crushing and shaping.

Afterward, the material is sent to a screening unit for classification. Oversized material is returned to the hard rock crusher for further crushing. Material smaller than 1–3 mm is conveyed to a transfer bin and then re-fed into the screening system.

The screened finished sand is transported to two wheel-type sand washing machines for cleaning, resulting in high-purity finished sand.
