The image above shows the production site of the 300 TPH granite aggregate production line. Unlike traditional hard rock crushing lines that require multiple crushers, this solution uses only one hard rock crusher developed by our company, significantly reducing equipment investment costs.
Additionally, the crusher has a large material intake capacity per unit time, enabling rapid and efficient crushing operations.
To crush hard rock materials, we compared multiple manufacturers and ultimately selected Zhongyu Dingli’s newly designed hard rock crusher. In actual operation, the crushing efficiency has been excellent. The machine allows independent adjustment of the gap between the main liner plate and the hammer head, making discharge size control convenient.
The rotor can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, allowing multiple-sided utilization and improving operational efficiency.
