Advanced bearing design. The sliding bearing with tin-bronze bushing are adopted. Compared with the equipment with rolling bearing, it can still maintain super high load capacity even in the environment with heavy dust and high impact, and has low production cost.
The temperature sensor is installed at the oil return of the horizontal shaft to accurately detect the oil temperature and ensure the stable operation of the equipment; with spiral bevel gears,the transmission system has reliable and smooth transmission, low noise and long service life.
The cone wall is thickened, meanwhile, the fixation method of liner is improved so that it does not need to be filled with glue, realizing easy & fast replacement and maintenance costs reduction.
