As observed on site, the eco-friendly sand-making tower line consists mainly of an infeed belt conveyor and an outfeed belt conveyor. The raw materials (including 1–2, 1–3, 0–5 and small-size stone) are delivered by the infeed belt into the tower for sand production.
The manufactured sand is produced through at least two crushing stages. Materials that do not meet specification are lifted by the elevator and returned to the crusher for further crushing and shaping. Qualified finished sand is then discharged by the outfeed belt conveyor.
The entire sand-making process is completed within the tower structure, achieving efficient production with simplified layout.
“To process the large volume of limestone in the Anyang region, we decided to build an eco-friendly sand-making tower line in addition to our aggregate line. All sand-making processes are completed inside the tower, eliminating the need for multiple scattered production sections. Operation is convenient and efficient, and the large output of finished sand can be sold directly across the Anyang market.”
