This 500 tons per hour limestone aggregate production line was designed and supplied by Xinxiang Dingli for Yuanfeng Stone Factory in Pingliang, Gansu. The core equipment includes the PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher with a single-machine capacity of 420–500 TPH, along with a ZG2038 vibrating feeder, multiple vibrating screens, and complete dust collection facilities.
The production line adopts a heavy hammer crusher to replace the traditional jaw crusher and impact crusher combination, reducing overall investment by approximately 35% for the customer. The simplified process flow ensures stable operation, lower energy consumption, and easier maintenance.
