The motor drives the wheel through a belt, gearbox, and gear reducer. Sand enters the wash tank, where the wheel rotates slowly, rolling and grinding the sand to remove impurities. Water flow removes fine particles and impurities, while the clean sand is discharged through the outlet.
Sealed transmission system prevents water damage to bearings, extending service life. Simple structure with few wear parts except for the screen, ensuring low maintenance costs. The machine operates stably with minimal breakdowns.
