The DL300R is a steel structure modular cone crushing station designed for efficient fine crushing and manufactured sand production. Powered by external electricity, it integrates a cone crusher, screening unit, and multiple belt conveyors into a single system, enabling rapid deployment and stable operation without complex on-site installation.

The modular integrated design combines feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying functions, allowing quick relocation and significantly shortening project preparation cycles. Equipped with the HPC300 cone crusher, it delivers efficient fine crushing with a max feed of 160mm, processing capacity of 150–300t/h, and adjustable discharge of 10–45mm, producing manufactured sand with uniform quality and reasonable gradation.
