The cone wall is thickened, and the liner adopts a glue-free quick-change structure, making replacement and maintenance convenient and greatly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Positive pressure dust-proof device effectively prevents lubricant pollution and damage to the bearings, extending the service life of lubricants and equipment.

Adopts a fixed spindle design with strong load-bearing capacity, compact structure, small size and high crushing efficiency.

Features a high crushing ratio, enabling efficient medium and fine crushing of materials like river pebbles, sandstone, coal gangue, and concrete aggregates.

2.Designed by adopting inter-particle lamination principle, the mutual extrusion between materials significantly improves the crushing efficiency and the proportion of fine materials, greatly reduces the needle-shaped materials, and reduces the steel consumption of wearing parts.
3.Advanced bearing design. The sliding bearing with tin-bronze bushing are adopted. Compared with the equipment with rolling bearing, it can still maintain super high load capacity even in the environment with heavy dust and high impact, and has low production cost.
