• Symmetrical crushing chamber – the rotor can run clockwise, then reverse to counter-clockwise without manual hammer flipping. Both hammer faces are utilised, giving uniform wear on the end liners and grates.
• Main and side wear liners are retained with high-tensile hex-head bolts. Deep, counter-bored bolt holes shield the bolt heads from abrasive material.
• Hydraulically-adjustable grate carrier and hydraulically-actuated hood: precise grate-gap setting and full chamber access for maintenance, no manual lifting required.
• Oversized hammer-disc rims act as sacrificial wear edges, extending disc life. Drop the lower shaft-guard plate (two bolts) to expose the full hammer shaft; slide the shaft out for rapid hammer or rod change-out—tool-free, minutes not hours.
