Zhongyu Dingli’s heavy-duty coal conveyors—including belt widths up to 2,000 mm and capacities exceeding 4,000 t/h—are field-proven in thermal power plants and coal mines across Henan, Shanxi, and Shaanxi. Engineered with 10–25 mm abrasion-resistant rubber belts, troughing idlers at 35°–45°, and lagged drive pulleys, these systems reliably transport coal with bulk densities up to 1,000 kg/m³. In a Shanxi coal mine, our overland conveyor achieved 99.2% availability​ over 18 months, minimizing spillage and belt mistracking.
