Project Description:
In response to the high hardness and wear resistance of granite, and the urgent need for high-quality aggregates in East Timor's infrastructure development, this project adopts a highly efficient and energy-saving production line configuration, fully implementing the concept of "green production + efficient processing." The production line uses a standardized component design, with core equipment prefabricated in the factory and quickly assembled and debugged on-site, significantly shortening the on-site construction period by more than 40% and enabling rapid production and results. Equipped with an intelligent monitoring system, it tracks the operating parameters of key equipment such as the 912 jaw crusher and impact crusher in real time, providing timely warnings of malfunctions and ensuring continuous and stable production.

The core of the system is a three-stage closed-loop process: coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing and shaping, and grading and screening. A vibrating feeder evenly distributes material, laying a stable foundation for subsequent crushing processes. The 912 jaw crusher, as the core of coarse crushing, efficiently processes large granite raw materials with its powerful crushing force, offering a large crushing ratio and wide feed size, quickly crushing the raw materials to the appropriate particle size. The impact crusher performs both medium and fine crushing and shaping functions, optimizing material particle shape through high-speed impact, reducing the proportion of needle-like and flaky particles, and improving the regularity of the finished aggregate. The 2460 and 2470 vibrating screens work together, employing a multi-layer screen design to achieve precise grading and screening of finished materials of different specifications, meeting the diverse application needs of road paving, building pouring, and other scenarios.
