Product Introduction

1.Both ends of the screen beam are connected to the side plate through flange for transition, the box is weld-free, and all parts are fixed by high-strength bolts, which increases the strength of the screen box.
2.The upper part of the screen beam is equipped with a guard tube to increase the wear resistance and strengthen the overall strength of the screen beam.
3.The inlet and outlet are made of manganese-plate integral bending process and equipped with polyurethane wear-resistant liner, which has good wear resistance and long service life.
4.The upper part of the vertical plate of supporting screen mesh is equipped with polyurethane rubber strips to avoid direct contact between the screen mesh and the vertical plate, preventing frictional collision and loss of the mesh, and also reducing noise.
