Mining: Down-the-hole drilling → Medium-deep hole blasting → Hydraulic excavator loading → Mining dump trucks transporting to the raw ore stockpile unloading platform
Processing: ZGC2050 feeder → PCZ1820 crusher → Long belt conveyor → Intermediate silo → ZG1223 feeder → HCS1523 impact crusher → 2YKZ3680S vibrating screen → VSI1263 impact crusher → ZG1223 feeder → 3YKZ3680S screening machine → Gravel buffer silo → ZG1223 feeder → VSI1263 vertical impact crusher → 2YKZ3070S Vibrating screen → silo
Washing process: Materials <5mm are processed by LXS1890 sand washing machine → XSH2455 fine sand recovery and dewatering integrated machine. Wastewater is collected in a collection tank → mud thickening tank → filter press for complete treatment.
