Product Introduction
The Hammer Crusher is composed of components such as pulley, bearing block, shaft retaining disk, rotor, spacer sleeve, and main shaft. Among them, the rotor with hammer heads is its main working component. After long-term use, the rotor may experience issues like hammer shaft deformation, hammer disk wear, and hammer head fracture. To address the crusher’s weaknesses—such as short rotor service life, easy damage, low output, and coarse particle size—Xinxiang Dingli adopts guard ring technology, which greatly extends the rotor’s service life.
As early as a few years ago, Dingli Mining jointly established a Material Research Institute with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to conduct research on parts and processing materials, striving for sophisticated equipment manufacturing. Aiming at the disadvantage of severe wear on the Hammer Crusher’s rotor, we have designed a rotor equipped with a guard ring: the entire rotor is protected by the guard ring, and the outer guard ring is detachable. This eliminates the need for direct rotor replacement, appropriately reducing costs. The outer guard ring is made of Mn18 material, while the material commonly used in jaw crushers is Mn13—thus, the cost of the rotor guard ring is relatively higher.
